Yes, BabyGoods is available throughout Kenya. However, since transactions are completed in person, most activity is concentrated in major urban areas like Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu. You can filter ads by location to find items near you.

Currently, BabyGoods is available as a mobile-responsive website that works well on all devices. We're working on dedicated iOS and Android apps that will be available soon.

Creating a buyer account is easy! Click the 'Sign Up' button, enter your email and phone number, create a password, and verify your account. Once verified, you can start browsing and contacting sellers immediately.

To make an offer, navigate to the item ad and click the 'Make an Offer' button. Enter your proposed price and any message for the seller, then submit. The seller will be notified and can accept, decline, or counter your offer.

BabyGoods does not process payments. Transactions are completed in person between buyers and sellers. We recommend using cash or mobile money transfer services like M-Pesa when you meet. Always verify the item matches the description before making payment.

We encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect items before completing the purchase. If you notice discrepancies during viewing, you can decline to purchase. This is why we strongly recommend viewing items in person before finalizing transactions.

To become a seller, first create a regular BabyGoods account, then navigate to your profile settings and click 'Become a Seller.' You'll need to provide additional verification information. Once verified, you can start creating ads.

Currently, it's completely free to list and sell items on BabyGoods. We don't charge ad fees or commissions on sales. You keep 100% of what you earn.

You can sell a wide range of gently used baby and children's items, including clothing, toys, strollers, car seats, cribs, feeding equipment, and maternity items. All items must be in good, clean condition and meet current safety standards.

For safe viewings, we recommend: meeting in public places during daylight hours, having another adult present for home viewings, communicating through the platform, trusting your instincts, and verifying the buyer's profile.
